A good hygiene is so much a part of our daily routines. We bathe, brush our teeth and wash our hands when preparing or eating food and handling unsanitary items. To keep those this article cares about health and safety tips, which might help you to maintain and change your daily habits when it comes to hygiene.

Remember having a clean and respectable appearance will attract positive energy and increase your self-esteem. Be cool smell good it is important to be clean and maintain a good hygiene than being the most attractable guy but smells like sh*t.

Maintaining a proper hygiene can help keep you healthy and the best way to avoid getting sick. It triggers feeling of arousal in girls; and gives you more confidence in front of people.

Here are some tips on maintaining a good personal hygiene:

1.       Shower everyday with soap/body wash

-          Dude, it is important to be clean, always clean your private areas (the hair traps sweat and can stink if not washed regularly).

2.       Shampoo and condition your hair as needed

-          Especially when you use a hairstyle gel because it attracts and traps dirt to you scalp.

3.       Use a lotion to smooth out dry skin

-          Applying some lotion will keep your skin moisten and healthy.

-          Applying sun block will protect your skin in getting burned.

4.       Use a proper cologne

-          An overpowering scent can be seen as vain, tacky or sexual desperate of course it is safest buy appropriate cologne it can subtly enhance the image we project.

-          It will mimic the natural smell that males produce and used lightly, it might arouse some females
5.       Make sure to clean and trim your fingernails

-          Keeping your finger and toenails trimmed and in good shape will prevent problems such as hang nails and infected nail beds. Feet that are clean and dry are less likely to contract athlete’s foot girls will especially notice if you have long, dirty nails. Girls don’t like that it counts a lot


6.       Use roll-on, not spray deodorant to prevent armpit odor

-          Instead of using “tawas” on preventing dark skin and stinky underarm why not use Antiperspirants deodorant to keep your armpit dry and free of odor.

7.       Brush your teeth and floss them
-          Ideally, you should brush your teeth after every meal. At the very least, brush your teeth twice a day and floss daily. Brushing minimizes the accumulation of bacteria in your mouth, which can cause tooth decay and gum disease Flossing helps maintain strong, healthy gums. Be aware of the potential horrors of your own breath you don’t want your friends to cringe when you sit down next to them.
-          If necessary always keep a mouthwash on your bag or any mint candy

8.       Wash your face every day with face cleansers to prevent acne

-          It can help reduce your risk of bacterial infections such as trachoma (an eye infection).

-          Decreases of over populating pimples and dirt

9.       Wear socks when you wear shoes and put some foot powder

-          Common sense to prevent athletes foot

10.   Style your hair and use a good smelling hair product

-          Look good be artistic don’t settle down on one style and some products may cause your scalp allergic reaction.

Nature can be cruel giving us appearances and it often happens that we look much different from what we would like to look. It can be all about people’s so called “standards” of beauty or really about body defects.
But even if you haven’t won the genetic lottery, clothing and grooming choices can do pretty much to help you make the best of what you’ve inherited.
While plenty of men spend a lot of time dieting and working out to achieve a slimmer shape, their skinny counterparts dream about becoming a bit fatter.
They can eat whatever they want but can hardly gain an ounce. And when it comes to fashion and clothing generally they again experience much difficulty in choosing garments which make them look better.
This article will help bros out there who are skinny to alter their wardrobes in order to flatter their body type and feel more confident in their lives.

Smaller shoulder padding
As many men like wearing blazers I would recommend them to opt for ones with light shoulder padding.
Bigger is not better, because small shoulder pads will give your back and chest a visual boost, whilst massive padding will make you seem like a small boy lost in a man’s jacket.
Besides, bigger shoulder padding will create a cheaper look, even if your blazer is very expensive.

No close-fitting shirts
Say “no” to close-fitting dress shirts and T-shirts and choose tops that come away slightly from your midsection, for these will hide your small ribcage.
Stay away from too large tops either, as too much extra fabric and volume will make you seem like you’re swimming in your shirt. Steer clear of clingy fabrics and watch out of those which contain too much elastic.

Jackets at the right length
When you select a jacket for yourself, ensure it falls right under your buttocks. A shorter jacket will accentuate your height and skinny waist, along with arms and legs. A longer jacket will not be a good decision as well, making you look like a blanket-covered stick.



Flat-front pants
The rights pants for thin men should have a classic cut and remain simple with a flat front. Opt for straight-leg or slightly boot-cut shapes and stay away of tapered trousers or skinny jeans. Pockets, pleats and cuffs also add a bit more volume to your shape, but my advice for you is to wear pants with these details only when they’re trendy.

Thick fabrics
Thick fabrics are essential for you as they give you an illusion of additional pounds. Corduroy pants will look good but only if they are in fashion. During winter forget about fitted, grandpa-style cardigans and prefer chunky, knitted wool cardigans instead. Opt for heavier wools for your suits and cotton dress shirts with a higher thread count. And one more thing – dress in layers, as this will make you appear bigger.

No Vertical Stripes
They look nice and are perfect for business wear but skinny men shouldavoid them as they make people appear slimmer.

Regular cut jeans
Of course no one can live without jeans now but skinny men should choose carefully. Skinny jeans are a big “no” as well as loose fit jeans, which will just emphasize the fact you are thin. Baggy jeans on a skinny man look too baggy but a good regular cut jean will compliment your shape and will not sacrifice comfort while doing so.

Why Should Bros Exercise?

Dude, seriously, look at yourself. You are probably sitting somewhere in front of the computer when you can be out there, sweating yourself out and having fun with your exercise broddies. [Note: We are not trying to get you out of our blog but seriously, you need to look much more awesome dude]

According to MayoClinic.com, the following are the benefits of having exercise as a regular physical activity:


1. Exercise Controls Weight

I know that we, the bros, are already capable of being awesome in terms of looks, words and moves. But don’t you want your body to look as broreffic as your face? Lose weight, or you’ll end up the next mascot at your nearest fast food chain.

2. Exercise Combats Health Conditions and Diseases

Would you choose a night out with your bros and chances to score with the chicks over a half liter of sweat? Your choice dude. And before I forget, is it awesome for you to see a bro like you lying in your bed, vulnerable and being fed by your mother and taking up medicine? Think about it.

3. Exercise Improves Mood

Instead of buying anti-depressants or alcohol after being dumped by a chick or worst-case scenario, being betrayed by a bro, why don’t you just go out there, jog a little bit, play sports, go to the gym with the possibilityof meeting another chick?

4. Exercise Boosts Energy

This is why we should exercise. More energy = More time to chase up with chicks. Should I need to explain this any further?

5. Exercise Promotes Better Sleep

Well I need to be honest, sleep does not sound that awesome but even bros need ample time to sleep. I know that it is hard to sleep after an awesome night with bros and chicks but sleep gives a bro higher chance of another awesome day after the awesome night.

6. Exercise Puts The Spark Back Into Your Sex Life

Duh. No further discussion needed.

7. Exercise Can Be Fun

Or in the words of a Bro, Exercise can be legen-wait-for-it-dary! After all the six other benefits of exercise as a regular physical activity listed above, exercise is a must for bros like you and me. (I know that the pain will kill you after but I think the benefits are worth it.)

P.S. Please don’t wear a spandex or sweat pants. Just go on shorts and please wear an appropriate shirt. Seriously dude, be considerate to others.

“Don’t judge the book by its cover”
This is true but we cannot deny that however how much you protest, everyone instantly judge you on how you look. Even if you’re a CEO on a big company, having luxurious cars, and owning an iPhone 4s, it doesn’t make sense if you have a nose hair saying “hi” to everyone because it’s too long and your nails seems to be a farm because of its dirt. Still, everyone that will see you will judge you accordingly. We’re here to make sure that it will never happen to you!
Read on and get a grip on how you can get a good impression. In here, we believe that making sure there’s nothing Neanderthal about your body is not vain, it’s ESSENTIAL.

The best way to be well groomed is still sticking on the basics.

GO! GET IN THE SHOWER.  The basic step to staying clean and smelling good even without any cologne. This is a step you have no reasons to miss because it’s as simple as water, shower and towel. You’re tired? Lazy? Feeling cold? I don’t care, SHOWER!

YOU’RE NOT A CAVEMAN, SHAVE. Shave regularly to look clean and be at your best. If you prefer to have a beard or a moustache, make sure it is trimmed and has no hairs pointing out in multiple directions. Also make sure that you shave in the same direction as the growth of the hair and that you soften your facial hair or at least wet it before shaving. This will ensure that you will not be hurt or cut while shaving.

BE YOURSELF AND HAVE A SENSE OF STYLE. Choose clothes that will fit well on you, it is not important if it is branded or not. Also, be sure that it is ironed and smells good before you wear it. Don’t use styles of clothes that don’t look good on you or worse, makes you look like an idiot, just because it is popular or in. HIPSTER? No way! And most importantly, the number one rule is: Don’t recycle clothes that have been thrown into your laundry basket because you have run out of clean, ironed clothes. You won’t fool anyone with that trick!

BE STRAIGHT.  Maintain a good posture because it is very important. Do not tend slouch and always walk straight because it projects confidence and assertiveness in a man. If you have trouble with maintaining your posture, do some posture exercises regularly till you perfect your posture. You’re not a turtle you a MAN!

DOUBLE AND TRIPLE CHECK. Having a very long busy day at school or at work tend to make your clothes crumpled, have ball pen marks and get food stains. Make sure you check yourself in the mirror to see if you need to adjust anything in your attire. REPEAT IF NEEDED.

5 IN 1. All of these tips break down into one, having a HEALTHY BODY. If you take care of your body, half of the job is done. Eat regular and balanced meals, get your share of physical exercise and get rid of your vices.
